Joey

Joey was born on February 16, 1974 in Chicago, Illinois.

Joey enjoys the job mostly because, "Everyday is different and it gives [him] a lot of funny stories to tell." His favorite story to tell is about a job in Evanston where he would have to rescue a raccoon off of a three-story roof. Joey had to climb up the steep roof to retrieve the trap. The live box trap for the raccoon was strapped to the chimney with ropes and wires. As Joey says, "It was a little scary and really got my heart a pumpin'!"

When he is not trapping animals Joey is in the entertainment business. He and his four brothers play in an Irish band called The Larkin Brothers. Joey sings and plays the guitar. They perform their traditional Celtic music all over the Chicagoland area. The band's Website can be found at www.celticratpack.com. In his leisure time he enjoys watching the Crocodile Hunter on television.

Joey is always smiling and is a positive asset to our technician team.

Joey and his wife, Molly welcomed a beautiful daughter, Caley on April 12, 2003. Coinciding with the birth of his daughter, Joey's band, The Larkin Brothers, released their fourth album, "Band of Brothers" that is available in stores now.
