ABC Humane Wildlife Control receives plenty of accolades from clients and business partners about our distinguished staff, but perhaps about no one more so than Aida. Clients rave about Aida because of her charming personality and great sense of humor. She is the pinnacle of professionalism and never shows any sign stress or strain. Aida is the “legal eagle” on our team and calls each of our 100+ clients daily to make sure that they are checking their traps and following all of our regulations.

Aida graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in English and literature and is a gifted linguist. Her Nicaraguan heritage and fluent Spanish is a blessing to our organization, allowing her to coordinate our Spanish-speaking personnel. Due to her sophistication and great attitude, Naturalist and Director, Garon Fyffe selected Aida to coordinate his lecture schedule and serve as his “right-hand” in making important contacts with State and National organizations.

Aida accompanies Fyffe and other naturalists on lectures and demonstrated a unique ability at a recent lecture for the 4-H Club of Lake County. There were about 150 participants at the lecture in a very long room, and each time someone asked a good question, Aida would throw a Tee-shirt to the participant. The shirts were flying 30 to 40’, fast and hard with perfect accuracy. Her pitching arm astonished the room!

Equally athletic, are Aida’s 5 children, Samantha 13, Cassandra 16, Jessica 19, Sean 21, Ryan 23. “The kids are so proud of me that I work for an organization that helps animals,” Aida says.
